Out of 80 apartments and 18 office spaces within the Metropolitan Apartments complex, whose financing involves Erste Bank
under the project finance scheme, 55 apartments and 10 office spaces, as well as 50 parking spaces have already been sold.
This high-class residential and commercial complex stands out for its concept that opens possibilities for intensive social
life to its residents which, among other things, involves intranet which provides access to useful information for residents
but also enables communication, an indoor children’s playground and fitness center, garage, outdoor playground, park, security

credit and the value of property, the buyer does not need to provide an additional mortgage. The only condition is that the buyer’s
credit capacity is sufficient for the requested credit amount.
Erste Bank has recently lowered the interest rate for housing loans from its standard offer, and it also participates in the program
of subsidized housing loans. Erste Bank is also involved in the program of mass home construction.
