ABOUT THE PROJECT

Metropolitan Apartments consist of four sections with 80 apartments of various structures, eighteen business spaces and an underground car park. Important details such as a safety front entrance, sandwich wall panels, top quality wrought iron fittings, oak floors, central heating, air conditioning, state-of-the-art electric elevators, etc. contribute significantly to this residential-commercial complex. The entire complex is covered by surveillance cameras and security guards are posted throughout the complex.
The construction of the complex has been entrusted to the Monterra d.o.o. company from Belgrade, while the finances of the project are entirely managed by our partners, Erste Bank a.d. Novi Sad and Hypo-Alpe-Adria-Bank a.d. Beograd. Our joint reputation and years of experience testify to the reliability and quality of this project.
The estimated date of completion for this complex is February 2011.
